I am Mor Erez — a social worker, group facilitator, and creator of spaces for personal, social, and organizational change.
With a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's degree in public policy in the leadership track

And married to Elior and mother to Omriki, Noga, Chief and Panda.

I founded More Time in 2015, almost by accident: I was a social work student at the time, studying, working three jobs, doing practical training, and two scholarships — and yet managed to manage it all without crashing. After one conversation with a social work professor, for whom I was a research assistant, who asked me for help managing the workload in her life, I realized that I had a toolbox that other people could benefit from. A week later, I had already opened a file with the Income Tax Department, and that's how the business was born.

Since then, I have given hundreds of workshops and lectures on time management, effectiveness, and life skills — to organizations, institutions, educational settings, and individuals.

At the same time, I specialized in broad and complex worlds:
I worked with at-risk youth, led process groups, developed national programs for young men and women in national service, coordinated a field at a center for victims of sexual assault and violence, lectured on sexual trauma, managed a hostel for mentally ill people, and professionally managed an association.
Along the way, I have delivered hundreds of lectures and workshops to diverse audiences, in Israel and around the world, on topics of resilience, relationships, gender, decision-making, parenting, working with youth, and more.

Over the years, I realized that I have a unique combination: professionalism and precision, alongside humanity, gentleness, and the ability to make even complex issues accessible in a simple and approachable way. From this, I chose to expand More Time, and create one home for all the knowledge, experience, and work I have accumulated — a place that allows me to accompany women, men, teachers, administrators, youth, and organizations that want real change.

I believe in work that respects those who stand before me, in deep yet practical processes, and in professionalism that is connected to life itself.

I would love to be part of your journey.

Nice to meet you.
