MY SERVICES

I hold a B.A. in Social Work and an M.A. in Public Policy in the Leadership track.

Over the years, I’ve specialized in multiple fields: studying, exploring, practicing, and creating -and ultimately bringing all my knowledge and experience together to meet the needs of organizations, women and communities.

My
professional background includes work with at-risk youth and young adults, facilitating complex process-oriented groups, developing national programs for young people in national service, coordinating programs at a center supporting survivors of sexual assault and violence, lecturing on trauma and its impacts, managing a residential home for people coping with mental health challenges, and serving as the professional director of a nonprofit organization.

Through these experiences, I came to recognize a
unique combination I bring: professional rigor and precision, alongside human warmth, flexibility, and the ability to make complex topics accessible and relatable.
I chose to share all the knowledge, tools, and
experience I’ve gathered so I will support women, men, educators, leaders, teens, and organizations seeking real, meaningful change.

I believe in processes that are deep yet practical, grounded in partnership, professionalism, and real life.
I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
